The beat goes on. My house is completely insulated and they are finishing putting up the poly today. It's snug and secure, and just waiting for the sheetrockers. I bought nine gallons of paint and 15 gallons of primer this weekend, interior doors, door knobs, and some really fun stuff for Riley's room. I plan to surprise him and put it all together a day he is at his dad's house so when he comes home at night he will be so excited, and he will FINALLY have a room he can call his own for more than just a few years. I plan to never move again. I am so excited to get in there and decorate, just how he and I want it to be.
We picked very vibrant colors, something that we were never "allowed" to do before. My brother giggled a little when he saw the paint cans in my cart, red, green, orange, and yellow. He is used to painting in much more neutral colors for the spec homes he builds and sells. It's just paint, if I don't like it, I'll paint it again, and again. That's just how life goes, if you don't like it, you can change it.

Your colors sound fabulous! I have a 'colonial yellow' kitchen, a dark red dining room, a medium slate blue hallway, etc. My living room is a creamy ivory with bright white trim (white on white), but I've added tons of color through my furniture and pillow and rug. I loooove color. You're going to love your choices! You go girl!
